What is Kevlar and helmet?

Stops lethal headshots from lower-caliber guns and most pistols. It does not stop a headshot from the AK-47, SG 553, or Desert Eagle.

Which guns one-shot an armored head?

AK-47, SG 553, Desert Eagle, and AWP at any range. AUG A3 and TEC-9 only up close on the published notes. A helmet does not stop the AK-47, SG 553, or Desert Eagle.
