First session

  1. Queue Casual, not Unranked — Casual ends at 8 round wins and is the mode for a first buy menu. The experience lists 14-player servers. Unranked is 5v5, first to 13, with friendly fire and no starting armor.
  2. Learn the round before the rifle — Terrorists plant the C4 on a site. Counter-Terrorists stop the plant or hold E on a planted bomb. The bomb timer is 40 seconds. Buy guns with round cash using B during freeze time. Credits are only for cases.
  3. Stop, then shoot — Strafe with A or D, release, tap the opposite key, and fire when the model stops. Moving rifles miss. The movement guide covers jiggle peeks and sprays.
  4. Name one map — Start on Dust II. Call Long, Cat, Mid, or Tunnels when you die. Open the map pages after you can find both sites without the radar.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Counter Blox?

Counter Blox is a Roblox tactical shooter by Headwind, formerly ROLVe. Two teams of Terrorists and Counter-Terrorists play bomb rounds on shared maps. You earn round cash for guns and grenades, and separate Credits for cosmetic cases.

Does the game have its own ranked ladder?

Public matches include Casual, Unranked Competitive, and Deathmatch. A skill ladder such as CB:RM is organized outside the public Roblox queue. Update 1.6 has been described as planning built-in matchmaking, and that mode is not a live ladder.

Why can a new account not redeem a code?

Code redemption stays locked until the account has at least 24 hours of playtime in public modes. Typing the code in match chat does not redeem it. The box is on the Home menu.

Will skins move to Counter Blox 2?

Headwind developers have said existing inventories, skins, and pins are planned to carry into Counter Blox 2. That sequel is not the current place. Keep playing and trading on place 301549746 until a transfer is actually live.
